Our Kitchen
Our culinary philosophy has been carefully crafted for more than 50 years -- more than 40 of those by Hearthstone founders, Frank & Gina Lister. Today, Executive Chef - Josh Sandberg - continues that legacy with the same level of passion and integrity. Having worked with the Listers for many years, Chef Josh takes pride in exploring both traditional and contemporary cuisine from around the globe, and he designs his menus highlighting the best local ingredients on offer each season.
